Bonnie also served as the Director of the Coldwell Banker Burnet Distinctive Homes® division for seven years. She was responsible for marketing, training, and coordinating the market analysis for Coldwell Banker’s affiliated agents who list or sell properties above $500,000.
Her grasp of analytics along with negotiating skills and her understanding of nuances is what makes Bonnie one of the most successful and respected in her profession. Her innate ability to understand the analytics and economics combined with her attention to nuance and detail, make Bonnie one of the most respected negotiators and professionals in the industry.
Mitch Lambert
After graduating from The University of St. Thomas, Mitch began his career in real estate working as a Luxury Marketing Specialist for Coldwell Banker Realty in Wayzata. He then transitioned to Artful Living Magazine in 2018, where he now currently works as their Director of Operations. Mitch acquired his real estate license in 2023 with Coldwell Banker Realty and joined the Velie Real Estate team.
Born and raised in the metro area, Mitch has an expansive understanding of real estate market in the region. Along with his large network of connections in the industry and with his entrepreneurial mindset, Mitch is excited to use his knowledge to help clients find their perfect fit.
