Bonnie also served as the Director of the Coldwell Banker Burnet Distinctive Homes® division for seven years. She was responsible for marketing, training, and coordinating the market analysis for Coldwell Banker’s affiliated agents who list or sell properties above $500,000.
Her grasp of analytics along with negotiating skills and her understanding of nuances is what makes Bonnie one of the most successful and respected in her profession. Her innate ability to understand the analytics and economics combined with her attention to nuance and detail, make Bonnie one of the most respected negotiators and professionals in the industry.
Kat McMillan and Charlie Hensel
Kat McMillan
Katherine possesses a strong entrepreneurial mindset. With an educational background in public health and experience in veterinary care, Katherine founded a superior animal and home services company in the Lake Minnetonka area. She is able to translate her vast animal expertise to pet owner’s objectives with regard to residential real estate.
Growing up in Orono, MN, she has developed an appreciation for the exquisite homes and gardens that have defined the lake area. With an eye for detail and an emphasis on caring, Katherine is able to develop meaningful and beneficial relationships with her clients.
Charlie Hensel
With a degree in real estate from DePaul University, Charlie has an in-depth understanding of the real estate industry and economy. He is able to discern market statistics though data aggregation and application of analytics in order to facilitate advantageous real estate goals. Charlie’s detail-oriented focus and drive to understand client objectives brings a special organization and acumen to the residential real estate market.
Starting his career in the commercial real estate sector, and later co-founding a successful business in the pet industry, Charlie possesses a wide array of attributes vital to building lasting relationships and trust. Charlie is also a true animal lover at heart, with a pet minded approach to homes.
Mitch Lambert
After graduating from The University of St. Thomas, Mitch began his career in real estate working as a Luxury Marketing Specialist for Coldwell Banker Realty in Wayzata. He then transitioned to Artful Living Magazine in 2018, where he now currently works as their Director of Operations. Mitch acquired his real estate license in 2023 with Coldwell Banker Realty and joined the Velie Real Estate team.
Born and raised in the metro area, Mitch has an expansive understanding of real estate market in the region. Along with his large network of connections in the industry and with his entrepreneurial mindset, Mitch is excited to use his knowledge to help clients find their perfect fit.
